FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I sign up for Everyday English?
Press any of the buttons on my main site page. They will take you to the checkout screen for my class Everyday English. Add any discount codes you may have, such as “davies50”. Enter your information and pay with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
2. How do I create an account?
If you’re paying with credit card, you can fill out your information before you complete the purchase. If you are paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the site will create an account for you using the email address associated with your payment system.
3. I paid with Google Pay or Apple Pay… how do I sign in?
If you paid using Apple Pay or Google Pay, the site will email a “reset password” form. Click the link in the email, follow the instructions to create a new password. This will be the password you use to sign in next time.
4. How can I cancel my subscription?
Click “My Account” at the top of the screen. Click “Subscriptions.” Click “Show”. Click “Cancel”. You will still have access to classes until the end of your billing cycle.
